So I applied with my resume and cover letter, and then I got selected for a video interview with a recruiter. They wanted to see how I communicate, if I'd fit in, and if I had the basic skills. I also got to ask them questions to make sure it was a good fit for me too. After that, I had some one-on-one virtual interviews with the hiring managers and the team. These were a mix of behavioral, situational, and technical interviews. The behavioral ones were about my past experiences, the situational ones were like 'what if' scenarios to see how I'd solve problems, and the technical ones were practical tests for the job skills. Lastly, I had a final interview with some higher-ups to make sure my goals matched the company's.
