The process was very efficient overall, though there were initial technical difficulties with booking the digital interview online, which were eventually resolved. An invitation for the in-person interview was received within a week. Feedback from this final stage is still pending, even though a successful candidate has been identified. Additionally, reimbursement for travel expenses is still outstanding after 3 months.

I sent in my application and then got screened about a month later. The interview was a week after that. The manager mentioned I should expect to hear back about the next steps, but then I was ghosted. My emails weren't answered, and when I tried calling after a month, I didn't get a callback.

It was a pretty chill interview process, with around 3 interviews. The interviewers were really nice, and they asked common questions with standard dynamics. I thought the hiring process was great and the feedback was quick! So overall, it was a good experience, but I'm not sure how it applies to other roles.

I went through three interviews and then got an email with an offer for the role, and the recruiter told me to expect an offer letter the next day (Friday). I was super excited since it was exactly the job I wanted and it was completely remote. Friday came and went, then the weekend, then Monday, and I still hadn't heard anything. On Tuesday, I got an email from the recruiter rescinding my offer, saying leadership decided to fill the position overseas instead. This was a massive shock because the role is fully remote, so it made no sense to fill it overseas when I was a perfect skills and cultural fit.
