The interview process was super smooth. First, HR called to see if I was a fit for the job, then I talked to the hiring manager. That interview was an hour long and they asked questions about the role. The last round was with the Directors, which was like a continuation of the hiring manager interview but with scenario questions. Big shout out to the TA HR person, they were really efficient and got back to me within a day, no ghosting like other places. The whole thing was really structured and well-planned. Everyone I met was professional and nice, not trying to make it harder than it needed to be. The questions are easy if you're ready for the role.

This was a lengthy process. It started with a phone interview, then a zoom interview with HR, and finally a 5-hour zoom interview with the team members. They asked a lot of detailed behavioral questions, often asking similar things in slightly different ways.

I found the posting through a recruiter and after I decided it was a good match, things moved pretty quickly. Within a few days, they wanted to do an on-site interview with the entire management team, meeting each person individually. I met with 6 people for almost an hour each, which made for a long afternoon. The interviews were mostly job-specific questions and a bit of behavioral stuff from HR. Overall, it was a good experience, though apparently they were looking for one specific type of experience that I don't have. I thought I was a good fit, but oh well.
