The recruiter, Bruno Soares, reached out. Initially, I thought it was an AI due to the extremely casual language, but it turned out to be his communication style, like chatting on UOL. The interview was standard. Then, I proceeded to the second stage with the managers. It was very relaxed, and they mentioned they'd get back soon because the position was urgent. In the end, I couldn't believe that in 2025 I was ghosted! I received no response at all, just left hanging! Completely ignored! I didn't give up and contacted the recruiter. He said he still hadn't heard back from the managers. I told him I'd wait. And nothing, to this day. I was upset. I wasted two business days on interviews and was disrespected. It's a blessing in disguise, though. GPTW company? Didn't expect anything less.

The process was quite organized and moved pretty fast. I first got an email from HR to set up an initial video call, which was mostly about my background, what I was looking for, and how I'd fit into the company culture. Then I had a second chat with the Marketing manager. This one was more hands-on, asking about previous projects, my results, metrics, and my ideas for how the department could grow. For the last step, I was given a small case study to work on for three days, where I had to create a basic content and performance plan for one of their products. Everyone was really nice and upfront throughout the whole thing.

The interview for the Commercial Consultant role at Renner usually involves a few steps. It starts with an online resume screening. Then, there's an HR interview to check your personality and if you fit the company's values. After that, you'll have an in-person or online meeting with the store manager, where they'll ask about your customer service experience, sales goals, and teamwork. Sometimes, there are group activities to see how you communicate, show empathy, and take initiative. They look for professionalism, friendliness, and a focus on results.

I went through a selection process in October. After speaking with the manager and director, I was told I passed and they asked for personal details, benefits, food allowance, private pension amounts, salary, profit-sharing amounts, and other personal info from my current company to create an offer. After that, no updates. Even after a polite follow-up, the process ended without any word (I had to chase it down and who knows when it actually ended) — which is the opposite of the transparent approach you'd expect from a company of this size.
