Sales Representative
Bochum e brucutu.

Sales Trainee
I went through the trainee selection process, which was one of the most absurd I've ever experienced. The whole thing lasted MONTHS, with weekly meetings where we had to submit a project for a small company. We had 2 mentors for our group, and the group had about 15 people competing for the same position. As expected in a group project where everyone is vying for the same spot, people were stepping over each other just to stand out. But the worst part wasn't even that; it was the company's poor management of the process.
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
