This process was very long and demanding, with one stage lasting over a month. I had constant evaluations from a manager and HR, with high expectations and a lot of criticism. My group started with 15 people, some dropped out due to time constraints. 9 of us continued, and only I made it to the final stage after 5 months. In the final, they asked shallow questions unrelated to my resume or the entire process. They asked about my first job from over 10 years ago, showing they weren't interested in my growth or retail/fashion experience. It felt like all my effort was wasted. I was told I wasn't chosen because they loved my profile and would call me for a role without a process, but I'm still waiting. I applied in May 2021 and got the final answer in October, which was a huge blow considering the work and time invested. It felt like I was living the company. The worst part is they use this process to get innovative ideas and then discard candidates without merit. This explains the high turnover of trainees. Candidates get drawn in by the dream, only to face a different reality. Be very sure before starting this process, research a lot, because I know many people who are angry and avoid the stores.
