It was a 4-step interview process. I met with different people across the company, and the last person I spoke with was the director. After that, the recruiter let me know my status. They asked pretty standard questions about the job, presented scenarios, and gave an overview of what the job entails.

The interview process involved three rounds: first with the sales manager, then the GSM, and finally the GM. It was a very forward interview. They didn't discuss the compensation plan until the last interview. It was pretty easy; they mostly just emphasized how Lithia is a massive publicly traded organization.

Had two casual phone chats and then one official interview. Everyone was super nice and asked pretty standard questions about my past work and what I'm good at. They also asked about my career goals and how I might fit into the company.

So I had a quick phone interview first. Then, they asked me to come in to their main office for the actual interview. The manager who was supposed to interview me was sick, so someone else did. That interview went okay, and I was told to come back later that week for a second interview. Both interviews were pretty standard, asking about things like work environment, hours, and pay. I also had to do some assessments. After the second interview, they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. It's been like 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I emailed the recruiter to say thanks for the chance. A week after that, I got an email saying they still hadn't decided but would keep me posted. It's been a month since then and still no word. The interviews and assessments were fine, but the waiting and lack of communication afterwards was really unprofessional and misleading.
