First, you apply online. Then, if the initial call goes well, you'll have a face-to-face meeting. Following that, there are a few online tests. If they decide to offer you the job, you'll have to do a drug test. After that, I went through a week of training, but now they just do on-the-job training. They do offer a 6-month guarantee of $2500 a month.

i went through a few rounds with different managers who asked similar questions but in different ways. one part that made me really nervous was when several upper-level managers met with me at different times and asked what I could do for the company. knowing this now, I would have researched the company more before the interview. I'll say management was a bit unprepared and left me in the dark, but now that I'm in the industry, I get how fast-paced it can be.

I got referred by a sales associate, applied online, then the GM called and invited me for an in-person interview. Both sales managers met with me and asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward because they really need people, the sales consultant turnover is so high. They mostly talked about the job and my potential earnings.
