it was a pretty standard process, mostly just common sense stuff. you gotta know some things about the brand, and then they ask for stories about your customer service experience, and talk about your past skills and how they would be useful here. also the usual questions like 'describe yourself' or 'tell me about yourself'.

The recruitment process was disappointing. After a video call with HR for a Planning Manager position, there was no news for over a month. Finally, I received a very vague automated email, without explanation or personalized feedback. The discussion during the interview suggested a serious process (detailed exchanges about the position, location, organization), which gave candidates false hope. A refusal is understandable, but the total lack of consideration after an interview is not.

The whole thing took about 3 weeks. I talked to a recruiter, then two hiring managers, then the VP, and finally HR. Mostly, they just looked over my resume with me and asked about my past work and what I know, making sure I understood the job. They also asked some behavioral questions. Everyone was really nice and respectful, so it was a good experience overall.

An HR recruiter reached out about a role I hadn't applied for. We scheduled an informational interview, but the HR person missed it and rescheduled due to an emergency, which became a pattern. Two more times people canceled last minute, and I had to chase them for updates. Then, they asked if I could interview for a different role and be considered for both. When I gave my availability for the final round, they scheduled it for the one day I couldn't make it due to a family event. They ghosted me for a week when I reached out to discuss. I took time off for the Zoom interview, only for them to miss it. The HR person then went on a two-week vacation without telling the hiring manager about the scheduled interview. I asked about rescheduling and was told they'd get back to me. Another week passed, so I contacted the hiring manager directly, who said he'd handle scheduling as he hadn't received updates either. That was the last I heard from the company. After 8 weeks of missed interviews and ghosting, I saw the posting was removed. It's unclear if someone was hired or if the role was vacated, but the whole experience was baffling. The recruiter initially made a big deal about contacting me, yet I felt disrespected and that my time was wasted. I wouldn't recommend them due to this unprofessional behavior.
