Had a phone call and then an in person interview, it was very casual. They asked about my experience and what my future career goals are. It would be good to have some knowledge about Lacoste's history and to have checked out the store and their new collections since they might ask about them.

it was a pretty standard process, mostly just common sense stuff. you gotta know some things about the brand, and then they ask for stories about your customer service experience, and talk about your past skills and how they would be useful here. also the usual questions like 'describe yourself' or 'tell me about yourself'.

I sent in my application online. About 7 days later, HR gave me a ring for a quick 10-minute phone chat. They mentioned they'd loop back with the manager to see if they wanted to move forward. Surprisingly, HR called back within the hour, asking if I was free for a WEBEX online meeting the next day, which I was. The store manager led the interview, she was pretty chill, smiling and told me to just relax. She asked if I had any questions. The manager was going to give feedback to HR, and they'd let me know the same day if I got the job. They called back about 6 hours later to confirm I was successful.
