Behavioral Technical

The whole thing took about 3 weeks. I talked to a recruiter, then two hiring managers, then the VP, and finally HR. Mostly, they just looked over my resume with me and asked about my past work and what I know, making sure I understood the job. They also asked some behavioral questions. Everyone was really nice and respectful, so it was a good experience overall.

Started with HR, then went to direct management, and the third round was with indirect management. Questions were straightforward and objective, which made the atmosphere pleasant and helped the process move along. After the interview process, an offer letter will be sent.

Behavioral Case Technical

The interview started with some basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself', your strengths, and weaknesses. Then there was a 'business case' interview where I had to do some basic calculations using Excel. The last part was another basic interview with the VP of HR, asking the same questions as before. This interview ended kind of abruptly because the VP got agitated.
