It was pretty straightforward, I had two interviews, one with each manager. We talked about my student experience and previous jobs. Just the standard get-to-know-you stuff, really, about me and how I work.

I had 3 interviews total. First, I spoke with HR for a general chat about my background and why I'm interested in Labatt. Then, I had two interviews with the brand team where we delved into marketing topics, including campaigns, how to gauge success, and a hypothetical situation where I had to act as a brand manager.

I interviewed with both managers for the department. They asked some good questions, and I felt the interview went really well. However, they ghosted me for over two months and I still don't know if the position was filled, even though I was told I'd hear back in 2-3 weeks. The HR person I was in touch with also ghosted me when I followed up. I wish the department all the best. Hopefully, they're more professional with other candidates because that wasn't my experience.

The interview process was fairly smooth. I went through three rounds which consisted of one phone interview with the HR representative and two in person interviews which involved the direct manager in round one, and the VP of digital sales in the final round. Although some of the questions were fairly challenging, it was honestly an interesting experience and the interviewers were extremely supportive.
