Behavioral Case

The team was super professional and nice. They asked practical questions about my understanding of the business and how my interests align with the role. The first interview was about the brand and my knowledge of their operations, and the second interview was more about me. It was frustrating though, because even though I had a second interview, I never heard back from them.

You submit your CV, then a writing sample for 4-6 questions. Then a personality quiz and a cognitive test (math, reading comprehension, graph, and another section). Then games and an asynchronous video interview with 6 questions. Then an interview with a manager, and finally with a partner. The pre-interview process was really fast, they only give you about 96 hours between each stage, so it's very time consuming.
