The process has 3 steps: First with HR, second with the manager, and third with the team lead. Finally, they ask for 3 references. Overall, the process is clear and well-structured. The interviews are professional, with relevant questions, although response times could be better.

I applied online and the hr reached out to me about a week later. I interviewed with the hiring manager, and it was a short interview that was mostly behavioral questions. A week after that, I followed up, and the hr told me they decided to move forward with other candidates. It felt weird that I wouldn't have gotten an answer if I hadn't asked.

The interviewer, who was from HR, had a condescending and rude attitude, possibly due to having a bad day. She didn't listen well and seemed focused on her script, frowning if responses deviated. She demanded answers, speaking as if starting an argument, and required repetition, only realizing I had answered correctly after a few tries. While it's a reputable company, I'd reconsider working with someone showing such unprofessional behavior, especially from HR. This interaction suggests the selection process might be biased due to the interviewer's unreliability and lack of professionalism. I hope future candidates encounter a more professional HR representative to ensure fairness to the position and hiring manager. I considered ending the interview midway but decided against it to maintain my own professionalism.

Had a good initial chat with HR, then a more formal in-office meet that was really in-depth with lots of questions and note-taking, lasting 4 hours. The final stage was with the Head of HR in person. They gave feedback a month later saying I had more ambition than the other finalist, so they gave it to them. They thought I’d be bored. Really disappointing feedback, and I suspect they might not have been totally truthful. It’s a shame because I enjoyed the meetings and felt a good connection with the company. Overall, a really positive interview process, just let down a bit by the feedback.
