The process was well managed and smooth with little waiting. However, I didn't receive any feedback in the end. The conversation was friendly and informative, though it seems like a busy job. Benefits were discussed well. I was a bit confused because they mentioned there might or might not be a second round interview.

firstly, you need to have an interview with a responsable person in the store you will work for, in case of positive reply, the general human ressource of the region will come to give you a second interview, together with the store manager on the side. so in the end both of them decide if you are ok or not. pay attention the hr head of region has a lot of decision power too.

After that, I went to the HQ for a one-on-one meeting where we discussed general retail stuff, my work ethic, and determination for the company.
