The process was well managed and smooth with little waiting. However, I didn't receive any feedback in the end. The conversation was friendly and informative, though it seems like a busy job. Benefits were discussed well. I was a bit confused because they mentioned there might or might not be a second round interview.

The recruiter reached out, then I had a phone interview. After that, I went to the HQ for a one-on-one meeting where we discussed general retail stuff, my work ethic, and determination for the company. Then there was an assessment center with a roleplay about turning bad customer experiences into good ones.
