Project Manager
The whole process took less than a month and had 4 steps: a quick first phone call with an HR assistant to review the CV and key motivation points, a second interview with a senior recruiter, an in-person meeting with 2 managers from my department, and a final in-person meeting with my Director.
- What questions do you have for us?
- Introduce yourself?
- Why Kering?
Project Manager
Initially, they called me by phone to confirm my CV. Then, an in-person interview was scheduled at their offices with the head of HR. After passing that stage, an interview was set up with the head of the department I would report to. Since there was interaction with other departments, interviews were scheduled with the directors of those other departments.
- Can you tell me about your professional experience?
- What are your technical skills?
- How would you apply your knowledge to the position we are offering you?
