Demand Planner
The interview started off great and seemed like it was going well. But I wanted to give some feedback. I did a technical interview with Kenvue, and they said I'd hear back in two weeks. Well, it's been longer than that and I haven't heard anything. I even followed up and still no reply. It's pretty disappointing that there's been no follow-up, and it doesn't seem very professional for a hiring process. Just a quick update would be nice, shows they care about the candidates. Ce manque de suivi est décevant et ne reflète pas le niveau de professionnalisme attendu dans un processus de recrutement. Une communication claire, même brève, témoigne de la considération accordée aux candidats.

Architecture Lead
The interview process had two rounds. First was with HR, a typical screening where they asked about how my experience fit the job. It was a friendly and structured chat. The second round was with the hiring leader, who asked me to define 'Architecture' and talk about my experience. My first response wasn't quite right, but the interviewer kindly gave me more context. We had a pretty good conversation after that, though it wasn't enough. I was declined about a week later. The whole thing took under 6 weeks, which is super fast these days, and I really appreciated getting an email instead of being ghosted.
- How does your background align with this role's requirements?
- Can you explain what 'Architecture' means to you and share your experience in this domain?
Marketing
I'm pretty bummed about how my interview went. After a panel interview, I was totally ghosted, which was super weird since they were so by the book and communicative at first. I actually followed up with my recruiter twice, but still no reply. Then, out of nowhere, a few weeks later, I got an automated email telling me to create an account on their new Workday recruiting system. I'm going to pass on that and consider it dodging a bullet. It's a shame to hear ghosting is a common thing at this company worldwide. You guys should do better and actually respect the people applying!
- Can you take about 10 minutes to introduce yourself?
Shopper Marketing Manager
HR reached out a few times about the role. First, I had to do a case study, which I presented on Teams to 2 senior leaders. It was weird presenting on Teams for 30 mins without seeing their faces. I only had 3 days to finish the presentation and I basically lost my whole weekend with my family. The interviewers were nice, but they said my presentation was 'too smooth.' Which was kinda rude but I just went with it. They also asked about my resilience and how I'd handle having 2 bosses. I'm a senior shopper manager and I'm tough, but the worst part was being ghosted afterward. It was so unprofessional. I followed up with HR after 3 weeks and still nothing. Total waste of my time.
