I applied via an internal referral and then had an HR screening call. After that, I didn't hear back for months, even though I followed up a few times saying I'd hear back in a week or two. Eventually, I got an automated rejection email.

The interview process was good, with 4 rounds total. It started with HR, then the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview, and ended with the VP. The interviews were pretty smooth, and they asked a lot of behavioral and some scenario-based questions.

Management Trainee
The interview process started with a "Tell me about yourself" section, a resume walkthrough, and some fit questions. The HR interview was mainly a resume walkthrough and checking for culture fit. The hiring manager interview involved a resume walkthrough, discussing work fit, and setting expectations, along with an overview of the role's day-to-day tasks. The Director interview was more of a formality with few questions. Lastly, the HR head interview focused on culture fit questions.
