Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kenvue.
Intern
The process had 3 stages: skills tests, a group activity focused on problem-solving/product creation, and an individual interview with the area manager. It took 2 months. They provided support, feedback at the end, and access to commented AI results for the tests.
- Basic question about knowledge/information regarding the company, since the role was an internship.
Intern
I applied through the website, and two weeks later, the recruiter contacted me for a quick Teams interview that lasted less than 10 minutes. Then, I had an interview with the team manager, which was not a pleasant experience because she was very arrogant and hadn't even reviewed my CV, so she had no idea about my academic or work background. Also, the day before the manager interview, they sent me a practical case to present, but it was incomplete.
- Tell me about yourself and what you are studying
- Present the practical case sent the day before the interview
Intern
The interview process is straightforward. I had the interview right after the group activity. The interview itself is quite brief, lasting about 15 minutes at most, so there's limited time to answer questions. It's advisable to prepare thoroughly beforehand to make the most of the available time for responses. The hiring manager who conducted the interview was friendly and managed the session well.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What do you know about Kenvue?
- Why are you interested in Kenvue?
