Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kenvue.
Analyst
The first step was an interview with a Talent Acquisition representative where I was asked to talk about my background. The second and final step was an interview with the hiring manager. They asked me to discuss my background and asked questions to understand my work at past companies.
- Tell me about a project or deliverable from your past experiences that you contributed to.
Senior Analyst
O processo demorou um pouco, mas para o porte da empresa foi bem rápido. Os colaboradores foram muito educados e as perguntas da entrevista eram inteligentes. Só tenho pontos positivos a destacar.
- Could you share your past experiences, providing specific behavioral examples?
- Where do you see yourself in the future?
Analyst
The recruiter missed the first meeting, which was a big red flag, but I still went through with it. They were quick to schedule a call with the hiring manager and flexible with times. After two interviews, they said they'd be in touch soon because they needed to fill the role fast. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. I followed up with the recruiter but got no response. I should have trusted my gut about the red flag; they only communicate when it benefits them, but ignore follow-ups. Their recruitment process really needs improvement.
- Can you tell me about your specific work experience that is relevant to this role?
