Marketing
It was pretty easy, they asked me about 3-4 questions online. The usual stuff like why I want to work there, or why this company, or why this particular role.
- Tell me about your interest in working here.
Marketing
The process was quite drawn out. I got a Whatsapp message from their recruitment team, based in the Philippines, in the afternoon. We set up a Whatsapp interview, but the person didn't show up. I sent an email to follow up and was told they'd messed up the time difference. Eventually, I had a call with the recruiter, and then radio silence.
- Tell me about your motivations for applying.
- Could you describe your relevant experience?
Marketing
I'm pretty bummed about how my interview went. After a panel interview, I was totally ghosted, which was super weird since they were so by the book and communicative at first. I actually followed up with my recruiter twice, but still no reply. Then, out of nowhere, a few weeks later, I got an automated email telling me to create an account on their new Workday recruiting system. I'm going to pass on that and consider it dodging a bullet. It's a shame to hear ghosting is a common thing at this company worldwide. You guys should do better and actually respect the people applying!
- Can you take about 10 minutes to introduce yourself?
