First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kelly Services.
Interpreter/Translator
The person interviewing me was really professional and to the point. They gave me good updates and instructions afterward. It was nice talking to them, they were helpful and pleasant. They also gave me a general idea of what the job here would be like and the company's procedures.
- Is your fluency in the languages being tested?
- Do you need to prove your fluency?
Consultant
The team was really great and full of interesting people. The interview process was straightforward and the questions were tough but relevant. They made their expectations clear and were very open to discussion.
- What's your motivation for recruiting?
- What value do you add to our team?
- How would you handle frequent rejections and setbacks?
Training Coordinator
So, I went through three interviews for this Training Coordinator role. The first was with Kelly, then another with the Corporate office, and finally an in-person one at the actual location. Kelly Services was okay in most ways, but the worst part was they never contacted me back. Even though Kelly's and the company are two different entities, I did the three interviews. I even called Kelly's office and left a message, but nobody ever got back to me to let me know I didn't get the job. For a professional job services organization, that's really unprofessional.
- Can you tell us about your background?
Recruiter
I felt the interview went pretty well, it was a good conversation and I felt like I explained my background and skills okay. The interviewer seemed to be paying attention and we chatted about the job and what it's like to work here. Some questions were tough but I think I did alright. I feel good about how I did and have a positive vibe about it.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What's your motivation?
- What are your career goals?
