Interpreter
The interview had a screening call and then some test assessments. The call was just okay, not great, not terrible, like they didn't really care about candidates. The assessments themselves were pretty good and interesting, they covered the topic well. Some of the questions had translation issues though, but overall, it was good. I got the offer, but after looking into their rules and reading a lot about how they treat their staff, I decided not to take it. Honestly, it doesn't seem worth it.

Translator
The hiring process was pretty simple. First, there was a quick 15-minute phone chat. The person I spoke with was nice and professional, and they asked about my background and work history. After that, I had to take an English skills test, which was short and pretty standard. Then came a test for my native language. This part felt a bit off and not really standardized. It was just a speaking test, but they didn't give clear instructions on how to answer, how long to speak, or how technical I should be. I passed the English test, but surprisingly, I didn't pass the native language one, even though I'm fluent. I really hope they make their language assessment test clearer and more structured in the future.

Interpreter
So I was recruited and my recruiter was nice, but then after a home task I had to do another live task to check my language skills. My recruiter called me twice to make sure I'd be on time, even though they asked for my availability, they scheduled it outside of that range anyway. The live task was hard and made harder by an unmuted third party, so sometimes when I was listening to the evaluator, their mic would go quiet because the third party's mic was picking up sound. I asked for them to be muted, but they were gone and didn't see the message for a while. I did bad and the task ended early. I never heard back.
