Applied online, then had a group interview where I answered the recruiter's questions. Got an offer a few days later - the process was pretty straightforward and easy, which is a nice surprise these days.

So there was a quick chat first, and then they gave more info and questions during the onboarding. It's mainly about having the right teaching qualifications and no criminal record, not so much about how you answer things. They do have a test, but it's online and you can redo any you miss.

I had originally made contact with someone at Kelly Services and sent in my resume, but it became an impersonal automated process to submit a resume.
