Behavioral Technical

The interviewer seemed mostly concerned about whether I had any reserve duty obligations or anything else that might get in the way of working. They also asked if I was open to further studies. The interview was surprisingly light on technical questions. Overall, a pretty bad experience, wouldn't suggest it.

Behavioral Technical Technical

It was a good recruitment experience overall. The process was pretty organized and had a few steps. First, there was an initial HR chat where we talked about my background and what I'm looking for. Then, there was a technical assessment and a technical interview. The HR folks kept me in the loop and were really professional. They were clear about what to expect and answered my questions super fast.

Presentation Behavioral Other

The interview process at Kaltura was a mess. After preparing extensively for a final presentation, they never followed up. The panel asked inappropriate questions unrelated to the role, making it clear they lacked professionalism. They even brought in someone they called an “Account Executive” to assist, only to later admit that wasn’t their role. This dishonesty, combined with the disorganized and disrespectful process, made it clear this is not a company I would want to work for. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees. Would not recommend.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first chats with the recruiter and managers went well, and so did the third stage, which involved product training simulations and a customer retention discussion. They were in a hurry to hire and scheduled interviews quickly within a short period. After passing the third stage, they added another interview, and then went silent. I never got an official response, neither a yes nor a no, and had to chase the recruiter for an update. If you're looking for a professional hiring experience, avoid this company. It's not good to leave candidates hanging.
