Program Manager
The interview process was very clear. From the initial HR screening through every subsequent step, the interviewer either clearly outlined the next steps or confirmed that HR would be in touch. The interviews themselves were pleasant and conversational, focusing on questions directly relevant to the role's challenges and daily tasks. The assignment was also very clear, and while difficult, it completely reflected the day-to-day responsibilities of the job.
- How would you handle working from Tel Aviv and coordinating with teams and customers in different global time zones?
Program Manager
The team and process were nice, humbling, and friendly. Although there were many interviews, the process wasn't very organized. The home assignment was very intense and demanding. They didn't provide very helpful feedback or response once they decided not to proceed.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your experience with projects?
- Tell me about your experience with events.
Program Manager
I spoke with the recruiter. There were supposed to be more parts to this interview but then they ghosted me and sent a weird email saying 'Unfortunately, it’s not going to work out after all'. It was kind of rude because if you're going to ghost me, just keep ghosting me instead of sending that.
- What are your salary expectations?
