The interview process was friendly. It had several steps, including a presentation of a project kickoff. You needed to show you really knew your PM tools and approaches. The steps were: HR screening, an interview with the Program Manager, an interview with the VP, a presentation for 5 people, and then a closing HR call.

Case Presentation

I went through three interviews for this Project Manager role. The last interview involved reviewing a take-home assignment which was a simulation. During the simulation, I had to play different roles, sometimes acting as the client and sometimes as the manager. When I asked for clarification on which role they were playing so I could tailor my responses (as you wouldn't share everything with a client), they were unhelpful and just insisted I explain xxx. After the interview process, it took them 12 days to send a rejection email, which I found discourteous given the time spent. I later saw reviews suggesting I should have researched the company beforehand.

So it was a few steps: first, an HR call. Then, I chatted with the Director of PM, followed by a conversation with the VP. After that, I had to prepare a presentation. There was another HR call, and then they asked for a list of referrals. The whole thing took about a month and a half. I had to wait around 10 days after that to hear about an offer.
