Technical Behavioral

It was a pretty chill interview process. There were a few rounds, but if you're applying for the graduate program, you should hear back in a couple of weeks. My main advice is to really know the product, figure out which team you'd want to join, and have a solid reason for why you're set on working for this company and in this industry.

Technical Presentation Behavioral

It was 4 rounds; first a quick chat with TA to see if I was a good fit. Then a decent chat with another architect about the company and role. The next round was a presentation of sorts, where I had to answer a bunch of questions that were sent out the day before. They suggested preparing slides or diagrams, which was good advice because it seemed like they expected it. The conversation was mostly back and forth, but they interrupted me a lot during my presentation, so the interviewer questions felt rushed, and they didn't even ask all the questions they sent. They seemed really focused on client and change, architecture, and managing teams. The conversation didn't really click, and they seemed to twist my words a few times and look for flaws. I don't think I'd want to work with them if this is how they are normally. The last round was pretty much the same questions as before with another senior person. There was hardly any feedback after any round, and it took a while to get invited to the next one. I eventually pulled out because I got tired of waiting and they never seemed that interested in me, and they also didn't do a good job of selling the company or the role. The AI focus of the role wasn't really discussed either.

Behavioral

I had an initial interview with HR about the process, and they scheduled another interview with a manager. The interview lasted an hour. It was all scenario-based, asking about my experience. Nothing technical. They said they'd get back to me in a few days, but days turned into weeks, and they completely ghosted me. I sent a follow-up email, but they didn't reply. I thought they'd be different based on the value they boasted about on their website, but I guess not. I think they could at least let a candidate know the outcome. If this is how they treat you when they need you for an open position, I wonder how it will be once you become an actual employee.

Behavioral

I applied online and had a first round interview with a recruiter. We talked for about 30 minutes, and they asked some behavioral questions and described the job. The recruiter was friendly, and the interview felt conversational, which I liked. However, I'm giving this a negative experience because the recruiter said they'd get back to me in 5 days and understood how tough job searching can be. After 5 days, I emailed for an update, and it's now been over a week with no response. While I usually don't mind timing, it was disappointing when the recruiter, who related to my ghosting experiences, promised a 5-day response and then didn't deliver after I followed up. It's not a huge deal, but I think recruiters should set more realistic expectations and be clearer in their communication. The recruiter was nice and it was a good interview, but I feel slighted and wanted to share.
