It was a pretty chill interview process. There were a few rounds, but if you're applying for the graduate program, you should hear back in a couple of weeks. My main advice is to really know the product, figure out which team you'd want to join, and have a solid reason for why you're set on working for this company and in this industry.

So there were like 3 stages to the interview. First, a screening call with the recruiter. Then, two online interviews. The first one was 60 minutes, focused on competencies. The second one was longer, 90 minutes, also competency-based but more in-depth. They really seemed to only care about results and not so much about me or my background. It felt very impersonal, they didn't seem interested in my achievements and focused on areas they didn't like. My advice? Just be super robotic and stick to the facts, don't mention any past failures.

Behavioral Technical

The interviewer seemed arrogant and already had someone picked for the job. It wasn't really a conversation where we both shared information, more like they were trying to get free ideas about the market. They asked standard questions, some about my skills and others about my thoughts on the role. I didn't feel like I had enough time to answer properly.
