The interview process was super chill and the panel was really nice and welcoming. The conversation felt really natural, and they asked exactly what they needed to keep things moving smoothly. They were also really quick with communication before and after. It was less formal than I thought it would be, which actually made it more enjoyable, and I left feeling really good about the job.

The application to interview process was smooth. There were just two stages, both with members of the talent team. I had to withdraw near the end due to personal reasons, but it wasn't the company's or the process's fault.

I applied online and heard back two weeks later for a phone interview. Before that, I actually did an online assessment. I did my homework on the company and felt good going into the phone interview. The next week, I interviewed at a co-working space with two senior employees. Weirdly, when I got there, the front desk didn't have me or Kainos on the books. After waiting awkwardly for a bit, my interviewers showed up. The interview was short, but I thought it went well, though it felt like the decision was already made. I was ghosted after being told I'd hear back by the end of the week, which was frustrating since I had to take time off work. I even had to pay $9 for parking. After more than four weeks, I finally got a rejection, which prompted this review. It's almost funny I was even waiting for their response. Overall, a really bad process, especially given the company culture they advertise. I guess I dodged a bullet, and I hope this helps someone else.
