After initial recruiter contact, there's a four-stage process. First, a soft skills interview with the recruiter to discuss your experience and English level. Then, you're given a coding challenge to complete within a week. After a technical reviewer assesses your code, the recruiter provides feedback and a salary offer. If the salary is agreed upon, you move to the final step: an interview with the client, where discussions vary by client; in my case, it focused on the coding challenge and my approach to it.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, I had an interview with a recruiter. They asked me what I knew about the company and explained the hiring process. Then, I was asked about my career experiences. Finally, they asked what technologies I'm good at. After that, there was a technical test that lasted 2 hours on a platform similar to HackerRank, focusing on the relevant technology. It was a bit challenging. Next, I had a take-home project where I was given 3 days to build an app with many features and specifications. If I passed these, I had a feedback meeting. The HR person was upfront about the tough job market for me but said they'd keep me in mind for client roles. They sent a pre-offer with salary and benefits, which I accepted, but it's conditional on finding a client. Despite the uncertainty of waiting for a client, the process was good and I learned a lot.

You get ghosted after successfully passing all stages and receiving a pre-offer. Don't waste your time with this company. The process involved: 1. An initial interview. 2. A technical test. 3. Another meeting. 4. They asked me to create a resume following their specific pattern. 5. Yet another meeting. 6. They sent a pre-offer with working information and the expected salary. 7. Then they left me waiting without any updates. 8. Finally, they ignored my emails and ghosted me completely.

It began with a call from HR, they gave me the company and process info, then I introduced myself and talked about my experience. Then there was a technical challenge, and after passing it, I had an interview feedback with a people partner who told me the next steps and other stuff about how things work internally. Finally, there was an interview with the client I'd be working with. It was a great process, and the people partners were awesome, making it even better. I really liked it.
