It began with a call from HR, they gave me the company and process info, then I introduced myself and talked about my experience. Then there was a technical challenge, and after passing it, I had an interview feedback with a people partner who told me the next steps and other stuff about how things work internally. Finally, there was an interview with the client I'd be working with. It was a great process, and the people partners were awesome, making it even better. I really liked it.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a pretty long process, like 5 or 6 interviews in total, including one with the client. It took about 2 months overall, with a couple of communication gaps in between. I actually thought I was out at one point until I got an email saying I was still in, so they could definitely communicate better.
