Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jobsity.
QA Specialist
The process was straightforward, communication from staffing was effective, and in general, they gave perspective on how things were going, which gives an idea of how well or poorly the process might go.
- Were you previously involved in Agile settings?
Senior QA Engineer
It began with a call from HR, they gave me the company and process info, then I introduced myself and talked about my experience. Then there was a technical challenge, and after passing it, I had an interview feedback with a people partner who told me the next steps and other stuff about how things work internally. Finally, there was an interview with the client I'd be working with. It was a great process, and the people partners were awesome, making it even better. I really liked it.
- Can you discuss Test Design Techniques?
- What are your thoughts on the QA Process?
- How do you see the role of QA within teams?
Quality Assurance Engineer
It was a pretty long process, like 5 or 6 interviews in total, including one with the client. It took about 2 months overall, with a couple of communication gaps in between. I actually thought I was out at one point until I got an email saying I was still in, so they could definitely communicate better.
