I had a 30-minute call to discuss my experience and answer some technical questions. Then, I completed a coding challenge and answered some questions on HackerRank. The interviewer didn't follow up, and when I asked for feedback, they stated my score wasn't as expected. They suggested I use my LinkedIn outreach time for feedback instead. I'm glad I'm not joining this company.
- Can you show me how to print a string to the console three times without using loops, maps, or a for statement?

They are the kings of the "TAKE HOME CHALLENGE" and "PRE OFFER", first a typical interview telling you about the company, then a take home challenge that requires no less than 6 or 7 hours of work, the most curious thing is that I have met frontends on LinkedIn who have also gone through their "challenge" and it is not the same challenge, they are completely different apps BEWARE OF THAT, they are getting free work, RED FLAGS everywhere, then they fill you with compliments and sweeten you with a supposed PRE OFFER, it has been more than 1 year since I prepared my CV in the "jobsity" format, supposedly they have me in their database but I have not had a single interview with any of their clients in more than 1 year, do not be fooled by false Glassdoor reviews.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience?
- What is your proficiency in English?
Frontend Engineer
So, the task was to build this dynamic form in ReactJS, and I had to use Redux for managing the state. It needed to handle both adding new items and editing existing ones. A big part was making it work with dynamic fields that come from API responses and also making sure all the inputs were validated correctly. When you submit the form, it has to dispatch actions to send the data to a REST API, and I needed to manage the loading, success, and error states for that. Plus, the UI had to be responsive and follow current best practices for component design.
- Could you tell me about fundamental Javascript concepts?
- How do asynchronous operations function?
- What are the advantages of utilizing React?
