it starts with a quick 15 minute call, followed by another call. then you get a hackerrank test, and if you pass that, a coding challenge. after the challenge, there's another call and you have to fill out a resume, which is odd. what's really annoying is how long this process takes, especially with the challenge needing 3 days to complete. they also don't bother to let you know if you didn't get selected, so you end up wasting a lot of time for nothing.
