Behavioral

There were 3 stages in the interview process. The first was with the internal recruiters, the second with another team member who was nice, and the final one with two people who seemed to not get along. Everything was over Zoom, which was fine, but I thought the last stage would have been in person and more friendly.

Behavioral Technical

There were three interviews: the first with the recruiter where they gave all the technical details of the offer, the second with the supervising team about the position, and the third with a senior supervisor. The process was clear from the start and communication was very good and fast.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied in early December and had my final interview in early January. The hiring manager I spoke with for my final interview was very impressed with my presentation. She told me that it would take up to two weeks to hear back from them. A month later and no one has gotten back to me despite several follow-ups to both the recruiter and the hiring manager. It's a little dissapointing to spend a few hours putting together a presentation, only to not hear back from anyone. It's incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidates time and effort.

Behavioral Case

Good interviews, I went through two in total. The first was with someone from recruitment, to review my experience and learn more about the role. The second was with someone from the US. It was a very structured and complete interview with practical cases. However, they took a long time to let me know I didn't get the position, and they only informed me after I sent an email.
