So a recruiter reached out about this role, and the whole thing was wrapped up in about two weeks. The first interview was with the VP, and then the second one was with the SAM and the head of operations.

I was contacted directly by an HR executive on LinkedIn. We had a brief email exchange before they scheduled a call. They didn't join the first call, which was a waste of my time. Then, they reached out again, offered a weak apology, and rescheduled. They also missed the second call and ghosted me when I inquired about it. It was quite unprofessional.

Behavioral

Applied on LinkedIn. About two months later, I got an email for a phone interview with the HR Manager. The HR Manager was really nice and seemed to have reviewed my resume beforehand. Three weeks after that, a phone interview was set up with the Head of Department. The HOD didn't seem very engaged at the start of the call, which was a bit disheartening. Since the HOD wasn't asking many questions, I started discussing my past experiences and inquired about the role. The HOD's responses were slow, and it felt like they weren't really paying attention. I could hear typing in the background. It was obvious the HOD hadn't read my resume and was eager to end the conversation. After following up for about a month, I was told the position had been filled.
