I had 3 interviews over the course of a month. They kept rescheduling interviews, showing a lack of seriousness. A week after the third interview, I had to email them for feedback since I saw the job posting again. I got an automated rejection email. Terrible company, zero seriousness and empathy.

The whole process took about two weeks, though it stretched to three because the Talent Acquisition Manager was out sick for a week. I first spoke with the Talent Acquisition Manager, who was based in London. Then, I had a meeting with two people I'd be reporting to locally. The final interview was with one of those local directors and a VP on the East Coast. This last one involved a presentation about a project I'd managed and a bit about myself. Everyone was really friendly, kind, and seemed genuinely invested in the process. Honestly, some of the nicest people I've met, making it a great interview experience. Maybe I'm biased because I got the offer, but it felt good to be comfortable and truly seen.

I applied for the role, and they quickly sent an email saying they liked my resume and wanted to set up a phone chat. After the call, which I think went fine, they just stopped responding. I didn't get any replies to my follow-up emails. It left a really bad impression.
