Good interviews, I went through two in total. The first was with someone from recruitment, to review my experience and learn more about the role. The second was with someone from the US. It was a very structured and complete interview with practical cases. However, they took a long time to let me know I didn't get the position, and they only informed me after I sent an email.

Eventually, too many stages... Because they have a global operation, the process ends up being confusing and eventually with many stages. Interviewers lack cultural context and someone who knows how to interview in Portuguese. I missed that in the process.
