So basically, I had an online assessment first, then like one or two technical rounds. They mostly asked about basic tech stuff, how I solve problems, my communication skills, and if I understood the core concepts for the job.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included a sales and marketing difference test, and a communication test. We had to sell a pen. The office has a good ambience and the new location looks good, but I'm not sure about the culture. The interview involved a self-introduction, discussing educational background, 5 strengths and 5 weaknesses, why they should hire me, why I chose sales, why I chose edtech, and how soon I would join. They also asked what I know about the company and how we are different from the market.

  • Please sell me a pen.
  • What's the difference between sales and marketing?
  • Can you introduce yourself?
