Sales Associate
The group discussion (GD) lasted for a very long time, basically the whole day, and we weren't free until midnight. It was surprising that only one person was responsible for assessing over 950 students during the GD. After the presentation, we weren't even given the option to leave if we weren't interested in continuing.

The interview process at Jaro Education usually has a few steps. First, they screen your resume. Then, you'll have a phone or video call. After that, there's a face-to-face interview. They'll ask stuff about your sales skills, how you communicate, and if you get the education industry.
- Can you explain the difference between sales and marketing?

It was a good interview process. They asked about Jaro and why I chose sales, along with basic questions about field work versus desk jobs and indoor versus outdoor sales. I felt I performed well, but wasn't selected in the end. Overall, it was a positive experience.
