Group Behavioral Presentation

It started with a group discussion (GD), then two rounds of personal interviews (PI). In the PI rounds, they asked me to introduce myself, then some basic marketing questions. They also asked me to sell a product to test my sales skills.

The hiring process has four rounds and is extremely detailed. Plenty of general questions are asked to test the communication skills of the candidate. The first two rounds were in the campus which were GD and PI and the next two rounds included PI at the office and HR round.
