It was mostly conversational and went smoothly. The interviewer made me feel comfortable. I'd rate the whole process as average. They were also prompt with updates. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend it.

There were 3 rounds. First was a group discussion (GD) round where they grouped 10 people. We were given a topic (NASA vs ISRO) and each person got 2 minutes to speak. It was more like individual talks than a typical GD because it was online. The second round was a Skype interview where the HR called randomly and asked me to talk about myself and what I know about JARO. The third round was the final interview. All rounds were conducted online due to COVID.

The interview process was disorganized from the start. It was a placement drive to the college there were two rounds - a group discussion and then a personal interview and they selected handly 5 of us. Then it was said to us there would be another round of interview but the dates were never given for that round. After 2 months it was informed to us that there will be a semi-final round before the final interview. In which they filtered out some more candidates and then we were asked to attend the final round of interview at their office. In which they selected no one and we weren't even informed about the results of the interview. After which they had another round (Yeah you heard me right!) Which was different from the job they first promised and the package they were advertising was fake, everything they said in the pre-placement talk was fake. No proper mails are sent to the candidates about the interview, all the information was sent through text msgs (How professional lol ). And the questions asked in the interview were straight-up dumb and the recruiter had no idea what to ask so he made up questions that didn't even make sense. Straight up just waste of time don't even attend it
