It was a straightforward 3-round interview process. You really just needed to have a good grasp of English. Watch out for a tricky question in the 3rd round, it's designed to throw you off. The first question is pretty standard, like 'tell me about yourself,' which can feel a bit cliché. Maybe companies could come up with more interesting ways to get to know candidates.

The HR was very unprofessional. One of my friends had a group discussion and the HR was so rude. This shows the culture of the organization. I don't understand where they learn this type of behavior. HR should be polite and kind, not rude and arrogant. One incident from the GD that happened was: HR said to one candidate "don't waste our time if you don't know how to speak on a topic please leave." The candidate was having issues with earphones. Looks like it was just a formality for them. Horrible place.

We had a group discussion and personal interview that took 6 days. It was a bad experience. They didn't seem to care about talent. The HR was biased and only hired one girl for blog writing instead of a manager.
