It was easy, just an introduction and some basic questions about ITK and SOA. They asked about systems integrated with PLM like ERP, MES, CAD, and CRM. Also, how to design PLM-ERP integrations to avoid data inconsistency, integration patterns used (REST, SOAP, message queues), handling data synchronization and conflict resolution, a challenging integration problem solved, and ensuring scalability and reliability in PLM architecture.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The interview process involved an initial aptitude and coding round. It was a panel interview where some candidates got easy questions like 'How is your college?', while others received DP questions. The panel seemed to have a significant impact on selection. Then there was a very short HR round, lasting about 2 minutes, with 3 questions asked to everyone, and about 50% of candidates were eliminated.

Technical Technical Behavioral

So at ITC Infotech, the interview process was pretty standard. It kicked off with an online test that had both aptitude and technical parts. After that, there were one or two technical interviews. The final step was a chat with HR. The technical interviews really focused on the basics like data structures, algorithms, and general problem-solving. They also asked about core subjects like OOPs, SQL, and some web tech stuff depending on what was on my resume. It wasn't super hard, mostly about understanding the fundamentals rather than complex stuff.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • questions on OOPs, SQL, and web technologies based on resume, with moderate difficulty focusing on fundamentals.
  • questions focused on fundamentals rather than highly complex scenarios, with moderate difficulty.
