First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ITC Infotech.
Software Engineer
Started with campus recruitment, then an aptitude test with not-so-difficult questions. After that, a communication test to check our speech and English pronunciation. Next was a technical interview via a virtual meeting where they asked about my best programming language, asked me to write some code, and predict program outputs. Finally, an HR interview.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What programming language do you excel in?
Software Engineer
So at ITC Infotech, the interview process was pretty standard. It kicked off with an online test that had both aptitude and technical parts. After that, there were one or two technical interviews. The final step was a chat with HR. The technical interviews really focused on the basics like data structures, algorithms, and general problem-solving. They also asked about core subjects like OOPs, SQL, and some web tech stuff depending on what was on my resume. It wasn't super hard, mostly about understanding the fundamentals rather than complex stuff.
- questions on OOPs, SQL, and web technologies based on resume, with moderate difficulty focusing on fundamentals.
- questions focused on fundamentals rather than highly complex scenarios, with moderate difficulty.
Software Engineer
There were two technical rounds where they asked scenario-based questions about .net, oops, and angular. The final round was with HR, but the HR team and company were very unprofessional and unethical. They offered a job and then rescinded it because they found someone willing to accept a lower salary. They should be upfront about salary expectations to avoid wasting candidates' time with lengthy interviews. It's a terrible organization, and no one should trust their process, as they can change their minds at any time.
- Can you explain Dependency Injection?
- Tell me about Oops principles.
- What are the SOLID principles?
