HR contacted me. Then there was a 1st round with basic Java questions and MySQL queries. The 2nd round was with the manager, where they asked questions on data structures, specifically the logic of binary search, basic Java, project-related questions, and MySQL queries. The 3rd round was with the client, and they asked about Java 8 features, predicate, lambda expressions, and gave a program on ArrayList to remove duplicates. They also asked project-related questions like what is Spring, what is IOC, and what is DI.

It was a two-stage process. The first stage was technical, and the second was with the manager. I only did the technical round and got selected. They said they would schedule the manager round, but I haven't heard back since. Maybe it's because my notice period is 90 days.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Could you elaborate on Java 8 features?
  • Tell me about Spring Boot annotations.
  • How do you configure Spring Boot profiles?

So I interviewed at ITC. The first round was in person at their office. It went okay, and then they told me I'd have another call with someone senior from the US. This call started with introductions and then they asked me one question. The interviewer didn't like my answer and ended the call, judging me on that single question. I emailed HR about it, and they set up another interview, which I did well in. But honestly, it felt like a formality. The questions were pretty basic, and their way of judging candidates was even worse. ITC was a dream company for me, but not anymore after this experience.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Introduction, Java questions on Collections, Spring related questions on DI and annotations, Rest API questions and scenario based questions on the same and questions on unit testing and frameworks used
  • How is a bean created?
  • Basic java questions like what is volatile? What are the ways to create an object? Spring related questions on DI and what is hashmap and concurrent hashmap and the differences.
