This interview process involved a lengthy wait time and advance contact. I was asked to arrive at their campus by 11 a.m. HR wanted to connect via mobile for the interview, but then they made us wait and set up a panel meeting, which ended up wasting my half-day. They also mentioned that if you graduated during Covid-19, your degree might be considered irregular and your profile wouldn't be considered, even if you passed all interview rounds. The panel itself was great, but the people running the interview process were terrible; they wouldn't answer questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was split into three parts. First, there was an initial screening via video call with HR. They asked about my past experiences, why I wanted this job, and how I handled specific things like work pressure and teamwork. Next, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager. He described some daily challenges of the role and asked me to explain how I'd tackle certain situations. We also talked about tools I'd used, and he gave me more details about the company culture. The final part was more about cultural fit. I had a conversation with two team members who discussed the day-to-day routine and asked me more behavioral questions, like what I look for in a workplace and how I take feedback. Overall, the process felt well-organized, clear, and they provided quick updates between stages.

It was a standard process with 2 technical rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the second with the team manager. Then there was an HR round, which was purely for salary negotiation, no other formalities.
