The interview process usually starts with an aptitude or coding test. After that, there's a technical interview where they ask about SQL, Java, and your past projects. Finally, an HR round to check communication, attitude, and if you fit the company culture.
- Can you walk me through your projects?
- What was your specific contribution to these projects?
- Which technologies did you employ during these projects?
Associate Consultant
The interview process involved an initial aptitude and coding round. It was a panel interview where some candidates got easy questions like 'How is your college?', while others received DP questions. The panel seemed to have a significant impact on selection. Then there was a very short HR round, lasting about 2 minutes, with 3 questions asked to everyone, and about 50% of candidates were eliminated.

After I got shortlisted in the company interview, they kept 6 months of online training called Prarambh, where every two months one test is conducted and we have to clear all of them. I cleared every exam, I wrote the last stage exam very well but also they didnt shortlisted me. They are not saying any reason for it.
- Tell me about the basic technical questions for programming languages in my resume.
