there is 3 Round in intellipaat, our first round will be a telephonic round in which HR asks only basic questions like 'tell me about yourself', 'why sales', etc. After clearing this round, in the 2nd round, there is a grooming session in which they explain the type of work going on in intellipaat and tell about the questions, approximately 20-30 min, and the session will be over. And last, in the final round, there is an HR where they ask about your education background or about your family, and also perform roles like client and employee, in which they give you any kind of problem and you have to give an answer without hesitation. After clearing all the stages, within 24 hours, they give you your offer letter.

Behavioral Case

I recently interviewed for the Business Development Executive role at Intellipaat and had a smooth and professional experience. The recruiter was friendly, clear, and explained the role expectations in detail. The questions were mostly situation-based, focusing on communication skills, customer handling, and my understanding of EdTech sales. What I liked most was that the interview felt like a genuine conversation rather than a pressure test. They wanted to understand how I think, how I handle objections, and how well I can guide learners towards choosing the right course for their career. The entire process—from initial call to final selection—was fast, transparent, and well-coordinated. Overall, a great experience for anyone looking to get into EdTech sales

Technical Presentation

The company visited our campus during the 7th semester. The process was a bit confusing because they used a strange online portal for the test. It was a video-based test where we had to introduce ourselves and then solve five questions, uploading our answers as videos. However, no one from our college was selected in the end.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

For the Business Development Associate role, we usually start with a screening to check your background and see if you're interested. Then, there's a behavioral part to see how you interact with people. After that, we'll test your knowledge of sales and strategy for the role. You'll also do a case study or role-play to show how you solve problems. Finally, there's an HR/management chat to make sure you'd fit in and have potential here.

  • Could you sell me a C Programming course?
