We had a group discussion (GD) first, which was handled by HR and focused on a topic like 'why girls are better than boys'. After that, I had a personal interview with the manager, which was pretty easy. I was separated into different groups for the GD.

For the Business Development Associate role, we usually start with a screening to check your background and see if you're interested. Then, there's a behavioral part to see how you interact with people. After that, we'll test your knowledge of sales and strategy for the role. You'll also do a case study or role-play to show how you solve problems. Finally, there's an HR/management chat to make sure you'd fit in and have potential here.

Group Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview process had 3 rounds. First was a group discussion on 'why cricket dominates other sports', and I got selected. The second round was with the manager, starting with common questions like PIR, followed by questions about sales and Intellipaat, and why I'm interested in a sales role despite being a computer science graduate. This round also included a mock call to sell a course. The final round was with HR, again asking PIR questions and about Intellipaat, and another mock call. This round observed my communication and negotiation skills. After this, I got a joining status mail followed by the offer letter.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Focus on the mock call; they will assess your communication skills, collaborative mindset, and how well you handle their mindset.
